At PC Solutions we have a full-service design organization focused on website design, graphic design, SEO management, website and domain hosting and maintenance, traffic and analytics support, and much more.

Our mission is to partner with our clients and provide a quality and reliably service at an affordable price, and to ultimately create a pathway to growth and success for them.

My Name is Kevin

My name is Kevin. I started PC Solutions with a friend in our Granny Flat as a hobby in Melbourne completing projects for friends, family and others for free or a small cost because I enjoyed the work so much. I enjoyed growing, learning and honing my craft each and every day, along with the entire plan to launch process for a project. With that passion, and over a decade later, I’ve grown to multiple clients that I have partnered with fin Australia and all over the world. My goal has always been to take the stress of online presence off of client partners so that they can focus on what they do best, running their organizations.

Our ideal client is looking to take the next step beyond a do-it-yourself, boxed-up website service, and to begin partnering with us to be sure your online presence not only aligns with the latest design styles and functionality, but continues to be successful with careful monitoring and adaptation as needed.

Transparency: Several of our clients have spoke of issues they’ve run into with other organizations, many of which revolve around availability and communication. When you work with us, you work with me, and I care deeply about the work I do for clients. I am ready to listen, but not afraid to push back for the sake of your success. Every tool or tip we recommend is something we use as well, because we know it works.

Proof: A large part of our website design services include regularly analyzing the effectiveness of your website and its content. We monitor these things on a regular basis to be sure your organization continues to be successful by being known on the internet in the places that you should be. If we find issues, be assured that you will know and we will partner with you to be sure they are maintained.

Our Process

Having a clear and concise process saves our clients time and money. We’ve been reviewing and modifying our process for the last decade to make sure we provide the best possible experience for our clients. We also believe that there is always room for improvement, and work to review each and every completed process to see how we can improve for the sake of our team and our clients.

Planning

Upon partnership, we start the process with an precise planning stage to be sure we understand the culture of your organization, the goals you have for your website and the route to complete those goals.

Design

After a thorough plan is completed and agreed upon, the design process begins with mockups of webpage visuals and styles.

Development

Following a solid skeleton mockup of visuals and layout, the web development begins. From here we start building headers, footers, pages and all content.

Testing

Now that the website visuals and content are in place, and all content is verified and spot checked, we deploy to a handful of testers, including the client, to browse and make notes on anything potential changes that are needed.

Training

With all website content, visuals and technical pieces are in order, we now work with our clients to train on any necessary pieces of ownership that they require.

Launch

Congrats! It is now time to go live and launch this beautiful company to the world! Upon completion of all previous steps, we will pick a date and time with our client to flip the switch and let the success begin.

Maintain

After your brand new pixels are up and running, don’t fret, we will be with you to be sure things continue to run smoothly. We keep an eye on pixels that need a good mop, required website updates, up-time, security, analytics and much more.
